    Mrs. Heather has been part of the Lake Ridge KinderCare team since 2013. She has been working with children for most of&nbsp;her adult life and loves what she does! As Assistant Director, Mrs. Heather loves to assist the teachers in giving them everything they need to provide quality in the classrooms. She is happy to support&nbsp;the ever-changing needs of the families we serve in this center. She loves watching the children learn and develop everyday. She&nbsp;enjoys seeing&nbsp;their joy and excitement through all of the fun activities she's planned. Mrs. Heather is currently about to complete her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood&nbsp;Education and then she looks forward to continuing her education to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Leadership. Outside of work, Mrs. Heather enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creative talents through art, furniture making, cooking, and much more!
